Came in and manager CHRIS organised a technician to check tyre, took it off diagnosed faulty valve, fixed and re-inflated and re- logged tyre pressure check all in 20 minutes ! that's what I call 5 star service. “On 27th June whilst on holiday in Dorset, I got a slow puncture in my front tyre due to a screw being stuck in it. I called Malvern and (I think) spoke to Owen (this is the name on the receipt). He said he could help and I drove round there. We discussed replacement or repair and, I felt, he gave clear, honest, no-pressure advice. Ended up replacing the two front tyres - he did the work carefully but efficiently and was friendly and helpful throughout.... I hope I'm right about the name (bloke who used to live in Poundbury but recently moved back to Weymouth).... the service was excellent and I recommend this place wholeheartedly. Thank you.”

“Tyre losing pressure very quickly, managed to get to KwikFit, no appointment, they fitted us in checked out the tyre, found the cause (sharp stone) removed, repaired and sorted. Saved lots on not having to buy a new tyre. Excellent service - thanks you!”
