Have just had a lovely 2 night stay here. Really good position at the top of the town. Comfortable bed -en-suite bathroom and spotlessly clean.Loved the fact out breakfast was delivered by hamper to your room each morning by a lovely lady. There is a well stocked kitchen with tea toast etc if you want more.A very well thought out house with attention to detail-they had thought of everything. I highly recommend Lyme one and would definitely stay againWalkability: Just a couple of minutes down to the sea as you are very central

We have just returned from the most fantastic weekend away at the Lyme One Hotel. A MASSIVE thank you to Terry for going above and beyond to make our trip so perfect.The hotel is in a central location in Lyme Regis, surrounded by lovely independent eateries, pubs and shops. You are located in an ideal location to access the beach and walks straight from the front door.The rooms and decor at the hotel are unique and charming, with there being attention paid to every detail. This made the hotel feel like a home. There were also lots of lovely perks such as the delicious breakfast, hot drinks and biscuits.We had a very memorable trip and I look forward to returning.

My husband and I spent two nights here as part of a longer summer vacation in the UK and had a great experience. I had to change my dates shortly after making the booking, and they were very accommodating over the phone. The room (no. 7) was spotless and perfectly matched the pictures on the website, with lovely views of the town and the sea. The breakfast hamper was also really nice. I was a little worried about not having AC as I struggle to sleep when it's hot, but with the windows open and the tower fan on, the room was a very comfortable temperature. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone planning a trip to Lyme Regis.

If I could have give 6 stars for the service I would, very helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations. Rooms were lovely, comfortable bed and loved the breakfast hamper! Perfect.

Checked out today and had a great 3 night stay with my wife and 2 young children. Location is perfect and the family room (room 8) was cozy and had everything we needed.LOVED- huge comfy queen size bed.- kids had their own little TV.- nice bathroom and barrel sink.- breakfast hampers and fresh pastries.- easy access, check-in and out at any time- location is perfect.- great value price during our kids half term which was the week after local schools.COULD BE BETTER- slight dowdy smell and damp marks in our room, but expected for age of building.- eating breakfast in our room got messy with crumbly pastry and no way to easily clean up or wipe down. Dustpan and brush in cupboard would be great.- shower curtain was quite close/tight and sticks to your back.- main room TV doesn?t have smart features (I.e Netflix) needs updating.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation and location. So unique and special. They also have a seven bedroom self catering guest house for rental which is also fabulous.

Wonderful hotel. Great location. Spotless. Lovely kind and helpful staff and owner. Hired whole hotel for a special family occasion abs it couldn?t have been more perfect. Lovely breakfast hampers delivered to rooms and exceptionally stylish decor!! Highly recommend

I was slightly sceptical booking Lyme 1 Hotel due to the lack of online presence at the time of booking! But, if you are like me, don?t worry the place is just absolutely brand spanking new! The check in and check out was seemless, the owners were incredibly kind and the hotel itself was gorgeous- we stayed in room 5 which had a wonderful freestanding bath, a really comfy bed and a semi private terrace. The owners had thought of every little detail, fresh milk in the fridge, Nescafé machine, great bathrooms products and a fresh breakfast hamper delivered to your door every morning at 8:30! Would definitely recommend to others!
