“I chose Kwikfit on recommendation from a friend plus a better quote.I needed two new front tyres which after a major service with my mechanic of 10 years were dangerous & worn/cracked on the inside of both tyres. I explained to the manager Carl/Karl that the tyre condition was picked up after a service and there’s a list of points that need repair or inspection, he then asked me to bring along my list so he could run his professional eye over anything that may be causing the uneven wear on tyres. I arrived and my van was on the ramp at my exact appointment time, I showed the manager the list & he picked up three possible points that may explain the uneven tyre wear but strongly advised I have the wheel alignment done which I did opt for as soon as the two front tyres were replaced, the wheel alignment was all over the place so the staff working on my van corrected it all for me.The manager also said once I’ve received a quote from my mechanic for the list of concerns that came up during the service to bring it along to him so he can also quote for the work so I have a comparison.Right from calling for a quote to driving away from the tyres and alignment being done yesterday I was 100% happy with the excellent customer service, everything was explained to me easily so I understood, plus the extra care taken to find out why my tyres were worn uneven instilled enough confidence in myself to use Kwikfit again, the price was cheaper than the other two tyre fitters I’d contacted, the customer service is excellent & I appreciated the offer of a competitive quote for the work needed on my van that was highlighted after the service with my existing mechanic. Kwikfit is easy to get in o which means an easier walk to & from to drop off/collect my van.”
