It wasn't bad, lots to choose from, we did go to the cafe, the staff were friendly, and we had a hot sausage roll. Wish I hadn't bothered, they must have put it in the microwave to heat up which made the pastry all limp and soggy, not good. That was the only downside.

Don't take cash!!

Appalling service, taken my money, not delivered the item, can?t speak to the sales team over the phone, have asked to cancel the order, but it still hasn?t been cancelled, and even once it is they say they will keep my money for another 14 days before returning it, it?s already been nearly a month. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

when Debenham had gone. Beales is the only hope, still. shopping centre offers vast varieties of quality products. expect, every piece of goods getting for every penny spending. pricy English brands, premium materials, high-end apparels including certain bargains with the return policy. no beales bags. no toilet. no resting bench. 1 cafe. no basement, no grocer. 2 floors.

A prime example of managerial incompetence. They don`t accept cash and as result lost me as a customer today forever losing close to £100 on just that single day only from me. Imagine the amount of money they are losing from all people who simply want to pay in cash. This has to be the dumbest idea ever: "We will maximise our profits by refusing to accept cash payments"

Used to love the store in Bournemouth but it's sadly gone, so was excited when I saw in Poole. Card only payments, which annoys be immensely. They say its for quicker checkout but only 2 serving and my god they were slow. Queued for a good 10+ minutes and I was front of the queue behind the 2 being served. Kids laying on the floor , they were so bored waiting for parents. Obviously understaffed and a real shame as it was always a pleasure shopping at Beales.

My favourite department store in Dorset and I had the added bonus of meeting the CEO Tony Brown who was a very nice gentleman ???

They have gone cashless. I use my card all the time, but I resent having the option to pay by cash taken away. I will not shop there again.

Came in here not expecting much but enjoyed looking around and made a few purchases - I was particularly pleased with some of the ladies clothing, there is a very nice shoe department upstairs and a uniquely designed cafe!
