Useless always missing items. Worst in the area by far.Apparently, it can take up to 2 weeks to get a child's inhaler, that the doctor said they ASAP. Utter Joke.

Incompetent, Rude and never answer the phone. Always mess up your prescriptions and blame everyone else apart from themselves.What a shame they are closing.Hope the company who replaces them do a better job.

This pharmacy needs to close down and be replaced with one that is capable of operating. There are so many ongoing issues that need immediate attention.The queues are always in excess of 30 minutes. Once you've spent the time queueing you're met with a rude, grumpy staff member on the till despite having what looks like 5/6 staff behind the till, usually talking about what they're having for dinner and not concerned that a queue of customers is now out of the door. Unsurprisingly having waited over half an hour it still takes over 20 minutes to prepare a prescription, that's if it's in stock. The stock levels are a huge issue, I almost always get told they have to order my prescription in. This is dangerous to the community, especially those less able to travel elsewhere to collect mandatory medication.The pharmacy closes early, despite having clear opening hours on their website and the door. They shut between 1-2pm but refuse to prepare a prescription 20 minutes before 1pm so you have to return after 2pm. I've been there when they've locked the door to members of the public at 5:20pm despite being open until 6pm. Absolutely no people skills, care or due diligence to the public.I can see having reviewed the General Pharmaceutical Council they haven't had an inspection so hopefully following a complaint they will look into this ASAP. I'm shocked that Boots have their brand name against this pharmacy, and hope they provide whatever training is clearly required to the evidently very unhappy staff that work there. I think the staff neglect to remember that they're working in a pharmacy, an essential service to the public and not a shop. I'm changing my pharmacy and highly recommend you do the same.

Absolutely disgusted. Just had a root canal, anaesthetic wearing off so I quickly hopped into my local Boots, accidentally bought Ibuprofen GEL, literally walked outside the door to realise and turned back to swap, but the miserable Italian lady Sabrina and the miserable guy who runs the show declined the swap and full of attitude. I will take matters further! FUMING!!!! Then again, I have heard it?s one of the worse pharmacies. Stay away!!!

Voicemail left ? phone us back ? been trying for well over half an hour to get through and nothing ! No answer! It just rings and rings and rings , worse than the doctor surgery. Why don?t YOU call me ? Unbelievable! Worst pharmacy in Dorset I reckon !

Worst experience told prescription is not there so I found out that it was delivered there so went back told no not here so I told them they had signed for it from delivery driver 4 days before and it definitely here, so assistant went out back and came out with it and said oh sorry couldn?t find it on our system?

Every time I go up there is a long wait then my mum's prescriptions are never ready. I put them in a month before so they will be ready.4 times I have been up this week and the queues are out the door and when I finally made it in it's not ready.I know the staff are doing their best but the management needs sorting.
