I can?t express enough how happy I am with my 2 year old daughter?s ear piercing. We came about 3 weeks ago and the lady there (with the London accent sorry I didn?t get your name!) was absolutely amazing. To be honest I was skeptical about the higher priced jewlers gold earrings (not containing any nickel) having a shorter healing time but it really is true! My daughter hasn?t had any scabbing or issues. They were just like healed straight away. Exactly what kids need no stress from healing. When I was a kid I remember mine being scabby for weeks. So glad she suggested this. Thank you so much Defo worth the money

My 10 year daughter had her ears pieced today. The store staff were so friendly and helped put her at ease. Earrings look great and we are both pleased with how they look.

No, terrible don?t come here! My daughter came here when she was a 4 years old. Hopefully because this was long ago they have changed but I haven?t gone since, the piercings were wonky and got easily infected, her ear nearly torn open because of how low down they put it. It?s also extremely expensive

A small claire's store in the Dolpin Centre. It always feels cramped in this store, there never seems to be any room to move. The store is obviously intending only one gender of people to enter the store, that is of course girls/females. Items in here are also quite expensive. I probably don't need to or will go in this store again. Claires is obviously not for me.

I had a piercing done here. Tedious form filling but the girl was perfect. She asked another woman who was staring to move away. A bit pricey but worth it.

The lady who did the ear peacing for my Granddaughter was very kind and showed alot of care, and was sincerely caring with advice about the long stem earings needed for my Granddaughter.Thank you Steve

Poor customer service, person at till while I was paying made no conversation with me at all but carried on talking to their colleague!! Oh accept what I owed. Not going there again.A Very cluttered shop. Too many items on various shelves, needs a re-vamp.

I have never had a better experience at a retail store in my life. I tend to be very hard to impress but I can tell you G was the most helpful, engaging and impressive employee I have ever met! I lost my earrings I wanted to wear on this trip and G helped me find three options that looked amazing on me. I left that store feeling happy to have entered and the loss of my favorite earrings no longer upset me! She is the best! Highly recommend!
