I have visited this co-op this morning. Rude, unmotivated staff, horrible communication. They did not even look at me when they were talking to me.

I have used this co-op at least three times a week, spending around £20 per visit. Now I'm realy angry due to the experience I received today, due to the lack of customer service. If the co-op management would like to contact me regarding my issue, and I mean head office. Not the manager of the shop. Thank you. In fact don't bother, I will not be using this shop again. Some of the staff need retraining in there customer service skills, maybe they should take a good look at Marie who is a lovely employee, it's a shame others let the co-op down.
