Went in there to purchase a macbook pro. Left standing for 20 mins before I approached someone who said he couldn't help me. Looking by the main entrance, there were a couple of staff having a good laugh on their phones. Whatever manager is in charge of this place needs replacing.

Curry's is the place of dreams! Filled to the brim with the latest technology ? I can't help but play around with the display units. The staff are friendly and offer fantastic service. Just be prepared to stay for a while ?

Ordered tele on line and it arrived on day late and broken. Went to store to replace it to where customer services was absolutely disgraceful. Kept me hanging around for over an hour, half of that was waiting for the duty manager. He couldn't bothered to speak to me just sent a junior assistant to deal with me. He deserved his wages. If you have issues their CS have the attitude of "couldn't give a monkeys!"

Having tried to purchase items from here on several occasions, each time I?m met with staff who cannot be bothered and to then be told when I?ve finally got a staff member, you?re better ordering online yourself, else I have to go to a till and order it for you.Will not be returning.

Spent an hour in store asked two staff members for help, both ignored me. Ended up buying item at another shop who's staff had excellent customer skills.

If I could give no stars I would went into get a few products to then having to basically serve myself and then inasked a few questions but got told I dunno I'm new then left and I was like woow and then i went to do finance and done it all wrong and got rejolect for credit I know this as I use the same creditor currys does and the question I was asked was wrong and I said this and got blanked so I would avoid unless your happy to click and collect but probably get that wrong

Intensely poor customer service. Spent an hour in the store trying the buy a fridge freezer, air fryer, router and a home mesh system for wifi. Wrong prices on stock. Stock not in. Given the wrong products. Wrong stock in places. One hour later we walked out when finally told the fridge was not in stock. Never tried harder to spend money. Will buy elsewhere. Will try never to return. Poor form Currys.

I tried to phone someone to ask a simple question about recycling laser printer cartridges but like most companies these days it seems impossible to talk to a human. Are they operating with AÍ and have made everyone redundant?

Our fridge/freezer packed in so we went to Curry?s in Poole to pick a new one. We spent an age trying to decide which one to get are were served by the ever patient Omar who did us a fantastic deal on a model on the floor which was the last one and was a little shop soiled. However. When we got home we discovered it wouldn?t fit the space we had for it so had to go back and try and pick another. After an age we gave up and the staff did us a refund. After some research we decided to go for a tall fridge only as we have a chest freezer and were served by Anita who was again very patient with us dithering, nightmare customers. All in all a 10 out of 10 for customer service. Hopefully the new fridge will arrive on time and all will be as good going forward

I ordered five reams of Canon A4 printing paper online, taking advantage of a special offer (buy 5, get one free). I went to Currys to collect them yesterday afternoon, on the 17th of November, around 4:45 pm. The sales assistant, Luke, was extremely helpful during the collection of my order. Struggling to carry the five reams of printing paper, Luke went the extra mile and helped me take the paper to my car. I was very grateful for his assistance!After Luke helped me with the printing paper, I returned to the store. Since I was planning to invest in an iPad Pro for digital art, another staff member, Sourav, proved to be very knowledgeable about the technical requirements for my needs. He recommended some excellent solutions, such as a multi-device keyboard, to help improve my productivity. I was highly impressed with his technical knowledge and how enthusiastically he assisted me in buying the right product for my needs.The other staff members were also very polite and helpful throughout my visit. Thank you very much for the excellent customer service and care!

We went to buy a new iron as ours had broken after many years of service. Our visit was about two weeks before "black Friday", but despite having done our research and found an iron we wanted that was in stock, it wasn't on display. After waiting around we were eventually able to speak to an assistant who told us there were none in this shop and the only way to get one was to go on line and order it. This we did when we got home and it was delivered to the store a couple of days later. Picking it up seemed to take a long time as there was only one assistant dealing with collections and there was a queue.

They said here to help, but 80% of the time, the staff are just there to say hello, nothing more. I bought some inks for a printer, and someone unlocked my item after 30 minutes. Today, I was looking for someone as I needed a specific item, and 2 girls were too busy in a private conversation, and none were in a camera zone, so I left. I just wanna say that 5 people in front of the entrance are absolutely useless, especially if they are talking about their business. The organization in this shop is horrible, such a pity, they started to have a good choices of drones and actions camera too. But if the staff haven't the knowledge and sent the clients to check online, yes for sure I will. The only Currys that I found professional and with knowledge were in Brighton, where I bought my laptop adviced from the staff after a perfect explanation of the device , and I still got it.

Went to buy a Sony TV today. Spent 20mins in the TV section. No staff in sight. No customer service. I left thinking I will rather buy from a different company online. As I left the building I noticed two staff members, who were chatting to each other by the entrance when I first arrived, in the exact same place still chatting to each other.

Avoid at all costs. Bought a mobile phone that needs to be repaired within the 1 year guarantee, no problems, except every time I come to this store to put it in for the repair I've had to wait over 1 hour in the returns queue and have had to give up every time as I have to go back to work. Tried different days, different times, it's the same each time - no staff available, no apologies and no advice as to how I actually get this phone repaired. Total joke!!
