I am not a big fan of Greggs, but the opening hours are convenient. Food and drink are very reasonable. Often I find the food luke warm but I suppose you get what you pay for. At times, I find the staff indifferent to customers, and although open till 8.00pm, food choice is limited later in the day. I also visited many times at 6 pm ,to find staff closing down part of the seating area, and on many occasions, the tables were not get cleaned off spills or crumbs from previous customers. I know food is cheap but maybe my expectations are too high

I recommend Greggs in Poole town centre as the food is tasty and affordable. I also enjoy their coffee. I would like to especially praise one of their staff member called Josh, as he is always very approachable, kind, polite, and friendly, providing excellent customer service. He is always keen to help, and is very hard working. Excellent Customer service, quick turn around time from time of order to having you snack and cup of coffee.I love the comfortable family friendly chair and table arrangements.The only negative to this great service is the slightly dirty toilet which I feel could easily be remedied by more frequent inspection during working hours.Kid-friendliness: My daughter struggled with the loo as she found it dirty. Despite being pressed and needing to use the loo for a wee, she demanded that I clean it myself before she proceeded to use it.

The toilets are the worst toilets I?ve seen in years! They definitely don?t clean them at all! Dirty floors! Toilet is full of pubic hair. Walls filthy. Time to get. A cleaner I think.

I point out the assistant working a fly that was crawling on one of the donuts out for sale. She just waved her hand in the general direction. But left the donut out for sale...so go here if you like your food with fly footprints. And we all know what is brown and attracts flies.

Purchased Slice of pizza and large sausage roll. They were both cold. The assistant failed to smile, failed to ask can we warm them up for you. In short a FAILURE.. where is the service? Where is Christmas spirit?? Certainly not visiting that establishment again

A victim of its own success I think. The floor and tables are always filthy and the music is often way too loud. Sort the filth and the music and it would be five stars every time. Its a shame everywhere is so understaffed
