“If you want a friendly, supportive and well equipped gym ATF Poole is the place for you!With staff that will encourage you and help you on your fitness journey Physically but who are also mindful of the importance of mental health, you won’t find better than at Poole ATF. I have had a personal experience through the means of PT with the manager Ben who I hope he does not mind me saying but he has come a bit of a mate over years.If I need help I know the office door is always open!I would like to thank the whole team for making a scary and hard journey seem achievable for me ?”

“David Lloyd Poole is a great leisure club. The gym is great, full of good quality equipment, and the club space is great for a coffee and a chat. I use it to work from some days a week. It is a safe and welcoming space. I enjoy coming here with my wife and children. The kids club is fantastic with brilliant staff”

“Just popped in to drop off my daughter who was playing hockey but have to admit that I was impressed by the facilities they have a gym sauna 3 swimming pool. One for swimming one for learning and the last one for diving, make me wish that I lived there”

“Have loved using this gym so far. Equipment is gd and most people there are friendly and polite, Only negatives from what ive used and done so far is its mega hot downstairs when using the crosstrainers and treadmill. The vents on the equipment don't really give great airflow.”

“Fantastic 25m swimming pool. Would have been great if the dive tank was open for some water polo drills. It is definitely worth installing the app for the company running the pool. Makes it super easy to book a lane. I think I missed the masters swim at 8pm and instead swam from 7-8pm in the public swim. Chatted to one of the masters swimmers though who was an ex water polo player. They mentioned there was a men’s team in Bournemouth but not a women’s team. Looking forward to being back here for a swim in the future and it would be great if a water polo club were to spring up in Poole.”
