Ordered a fanatic 10,6ft Composite fly board and had a small minor nightmare but all the while H20 kept me well informed and up to date.Board was damaged on route from supplier to H20 but new one sourced and arranged quickly and the guys were good enough to throw in a bag and some rail tape for the trouble. Highly recommend. Been really helpful, despite issues out of their control with a purchase, they made sure I was accommodated and were quick to get back to any questions. Returning after being a regular customer over 10 years ago, it’s great to see that there are still good businesses I can trust.

Great customer experience. Fast reply and even faster postage on item needed...foot straps for kite surf board. They included free bolts for foil plate. Excellent work.
