The online app is so easy to use. I purchase wash coupons in advance so there is no hassle when you visit.I use the 2nd or the 3rd option which is more than enough for a dirty car to become nice and shiny. This place has one of the most competitive prices in the town.

Car came out dirtier than when I went in.Recycled water????Don't know, will say when I hand wash, the water I ditch is cleaner than what's used.Wasted £10.50.

There?s clean, then there is IMO clean!!!I can?t give it zero stars!Paid for the £19 full package wash, wheels are still filthy, as is the whole front and rear of the vehicle.Avoid this place at all times. Use a proper hand wash company that doesn?t rip you off and leave the car as bad as when you started!

Found it last minute online and decided to download the app and see what happened. I was not disappointed!Arrived with no idea of what to do, the guy at the entrance was really friendly, helped and off we went.Booked a Ultra HD wash, good price, app is easy to use.

The attendant did not prewash my alloys, shampoo my car or power wash my car properly, it was a half hearted very bad attempt and after paying for an ultra HD wash my car came out of the car wash still with filthy alloy wheels. Not what I would expect for a charge of £13.50. Dont want go back :(

Never again!I always used to use this wash as it is convenient to me but my last 3 visits have all been problematic.#1 I paid for a full wax treatment but the guy pressed the wrong button and I only got the triple foam.#2 The attendant was too busy on his phone to notice the queue building up and by the time he did he couldn't be bothered to do any pre washes.#3 Today the car wash ripped the rear wiper blade off and snapped the arm! I could have filled a damage form in but was running late. Luckily they're not too expensive on Eb@¥ but it shouldn't have happened in the first place.As I said, never again!

£11 for a total wax. I have no idea if this is a good price or not, its been a long time since a car wash was used. Would be good to hear other people's thoughts.

I would give this place nothing if I could.I came out of the carwash after paying £9.50 for a diamond wash with Birds mess still on the windscreen. When I went round to the office to ask the young lad to quickly jet wash it off he said he couldn't as it was company policy. What a joke of a place, if he had actually cleaned it off in the first place before going through the wash it would have been ok. This company is very unprofessional and a rip off

The service has gone downhill for some time. It used to be good but now it's hardly acceptable. Sadly they try to save on everything.

This IMO Car Wash is a modern conveyor-driven automatic car wash. It's the best in the area and a much better choice than taking the risk a gang of men with rags damage your paintwork.You have a choice of washes ranging from basic to ultra with all the extras you'd expect. The tunnel is manned by a crew who prep your car using pressure hoses and treatments before you enter the tunnel. After the auto wash there's parking space to finish up and self-service vacuum cleaners. They also offer an interior car valet service.The only negative in my many years of using this car wash is occasionally it leaves water marks. I find this happens at the beginning of the week after a busy weekend. Hence I tend to go there on a Thursday or Friday or at the weekend when they are busy and the machine is working as designed.You'll be happy to find this place. Highly recommended.

This vehicle wash was recommended to my husband, so we decided to give it a shot! We paid for "the best option" - Ultra HD. As a result, we got the same dirty car, only with additional stains! And the service wasn't the best either. This is the worst car wash experience ever!

Car actually came out the car wash looking worse than when it went in!? Horrible streaky marks all over....not for me personally. However, it's generally busy, so a lot of people must be happy with the finish. For the same money, I'll continue to use hand car washes.

Even if it looks busy, the queue moves really quickly. Good price. The staff are always very attentive, polite & friendly.
