KFC will never be particularly refined and it can get very busy especially the drive through. That said it's tasty food (greacy) with good child options. This is on a retail park which is a pain to get into and out of at peak times.

Very long wait staff to busy chatting, food just waiting to go cold until full order complete, rather than offering what was ready. No breast of chicken and when I mentioned did not like bones, I was told 20 minute wait or cancel even though breast was available on shelf. Not good

Staff mot very cheery and almost threw food into bucket. Customer service should be essential. Food was okay

Service was incredibly slow!!!! The young man taking the order was very disinterested and mumbled any response he made.
He appeared to have little understanding of English and when he managed to answer his English was so poor it wasn't understandable no matter how carefully I and other customer's listened!
The lady who was putting the order together was very pleasant and keen to help but as English obviously isn't her first language either I and other customer's had no idea what she was saying!
I won't be using KFC again, get staff who can understand and speak English correctly or close down.

The Pepsi was warm and flat, the Zinger burger was rather sparsely populated with salad and sauce. I don't expect a lot from these big chain fast food restaurants but they ought to at least have some quality control on the name brand cola. Fairly disappointed.
