Easy online booking for MOT (passed) and full service, great customer service, friendly staff, everything clearly explained by staff of all the findings, checked (and topped up) my cooling system as an extra as it lit up on the dashboard, clean customer area, convenient location. Highly recommend!

Just been to this branch for a leaking tyre valve. It didn't need a complete valve replacement; just a split rubber seal that was sorted with no charge.Excellent service. Thank you.

When phoned for initial enquiry Gavin ( I think) was very helpful gave me an excellent offer agreeable time slot and was very helpful, when I took the car mechanic friendly and approachable and on collection guy on reception very helpful on some enquiries I had for another vehicle. Kwik fit came recommended by my daughter, will use again and recommend to friends.

Dear customer service team.I have visited you Hamworthy centre today thinking I had an issue with my exhaust.On inspection I was told it was infact the wheel bearing.The service I recieved from start to finish was excellent. I was shown the problem and offered a cancellation .Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the young man on the desk I dealt with but he extremely helpful with everyone that he dealt with . An asset to your company! Because of him I will definitely be returning .

Amazing service, a massive massive thank you to the manager and boys at kwikfit Hamworthy. Sorry i completely forgot to get your name.Fixed my tyre last minute for me when we were on holiday and due to drive back to essex that day after discovering a big screw!!! You have no idea how stressed I was and cannot thank you enough. Please look out in the post a little treat coming your way soon guys to say thank you again. Very friendly and accommodating. I went in with a semi emergency. A small job but it required professional knowledge and around an hour of manual labour.Alfie took the job on and was fantastic! He was very friendly and clear with explaining the options and when the work could be finished.The work was completed in a timely manner, to a very high standard, very pleased and will definitely come back again!

While on holiday at Rockley Park I had a puncture and fitted the spare tyre. So popped into the local kwik fit in Hamworthy and spoke with the manager, who was very polite and efficient who had a look and advised that it was repairable. Within 25 minutes the work had been done and I was back enjoying my holiday. Great service by him and his team and highly recommend this garage.

Needing two new tires to pass an MOT the staff/manager found two at another branch and someone went and collected them and I was able to get them fitted and retested on the same day.

Brilliant and quick service! Had to rush the car in as the MOT ran out and no where else could get me in short notice. Car had a couple of issues but they were able to get them sorted with parts they had in stock. 100% recommend, helpful friendly staff.

I received a very prompt response to my phone call enquiring about replacement front windshield wipers and was told I could go straight up and they would do the job. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. Exceptional customer service and value for money.

Went in to get a slowly leaking tyre sorted out. It was an issue with the valve. Received excellent customer service, the issue is resolved and all in a quick turn around time. Would highly recommend coming here

Excellent service from very helpful, extremely polite guys at this branch. They were exceptionally helpful and helped to sort out a suspected problem on my fiat 500. Would not hesitate to use specificaly this branch again.

I always visited Kwik Fit in Tynemouth in the North East and Kwik Fit in Hamworthy have continued the brilliant customer service since moving to the South West. Took the car in without an appointment to query fixing my windscreen washers and they were fixed there and then. Friendly, helpful and supportive staff and I've since booked my car in for an MOT.Highly recommend visiting!
