Insufficient staff available, queues and a wait. Problems not satisfactorily dealt with. Unable to contact the branch by phone or email. Long waits on generic 0345 number who cannot put call through to branch or deal with problems. No response to messages left for call backs. Poor customer service.

By miles the best bank branch I?ve ever visited. The three front of house ?floor walkers?, Jenny, Dan and Stefan, offer the kind of service that you just don?t get anywhere else these days. I know that if I have an issue that needs resolving they will fix it for me. I?ve also dealt with Natalie and Adrian and they also offer the same level of excellent service.

Some of the most appalling customer service I've ever encountered in a Bank. From being treated as though I have no idea how to use a cash-point/paying in machine. To failure to accept I want counter service. I was met with an aggressive attitude. Lloyds Bank should be ashamed of themselves!

I was today in this branch with my wife to close two accounts of Isa help to buy and I met a worker who, after he closed both accounts and had to give us the accounts closing receipt he gave me for my wife three receipts and for me none, he said it was an error in the system, it would send it by post for you .Incompetence or stupidity?

Since the broadstone staff have worked there the customer service has gone downhill there's no help service is treated with disgust unless you have thousands in the account the broadstone staff won't help you myself very disappointed and upset regarding treatment of customer who staff don't help with situations after 30 years of being with them it's first time I've felt like this

Very impressed with the service of all the staff at this branch in Poole, everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming, the branch manager even came into my appointment to introduced himself personally and thank me for banking with them. Best branch I have been too and I am glad they will be my new local branch.
