Love matalan. Always getting new stock in. Clothes are reasonably priced. I do feel a bit sad thats its mostly self service now but i guess its a sign of the times.

Thank goodness we still have places like this where you can try on quality clothes, at decent cost, and not have to rely on purely online pictures and sizing. Some nice homewareas well.

Nice, clean store with a variety of clothes & accessories. Its a self-service fitting room which is fine but people leave the clothes they have tried on in the fitting rooms, staff should check this regularly. Self-service tills good, quick, and easy to use.

Was told to wait in the queue for the lady to serve me by Dawn. Waited 10 minutes still no service then Dawn ended up serving me! Why couldn?t you have done that in the first place?

The store is nicely presented. I liked the self service checkout. No customer toilet facilities though.

Only one person on the manned till to try to encourage you to use the self scan. Not able to use self scan as had a gift voucher
