I've never such a group of really unhelpful people in my lifeFrom Chris the manager (I use the term manager loosely)I also encountered two other members of staff who were equally unhelpfulIf you want to upgrade or buy a new handset Chris and the team are people to speak toFor anything else like customer service, or advice about a handsetI've been a customer of 02 for many years but was met with total disinterestedGo to Currys and speak to Dan a very good and helpful young guy

Came in to upgrade to unlimited data, would have gone for the S23 ultra too as I've been eyeing it up for months..I was told to go online or use the app, basically shown the door by someone completely disinterested in organising this face to face.After being with 02 for over 15 years, maybe it's time to shop around instead ????

Service was good, great service but unfortunately I believe that O2 took advantage of an elderly relative sometime ago and I can't get her out of her contract.

I went to poole O2 store to buy a pay as you go phone to use for work I didn't want to spend hundreds as I was only using it for my work calls as messages, I walked in shortly after 9 there was a female member of staff and 3 male members of staff all stood talking, when I walked in the girl asked if she could help and as soon as I said I was looking at a pay as you go immediately she wasn't interested she asked how much I wanted to spend, I said around 150 and she said I had a choice out of 4 I asked if they done any Samsung's and the look on her face made me feel awkward for asking, not for 150 pounds she said to me, feeling a little embarrassed I picked the phone that looked ok as no one seemed interested in helping me or showing me any features of the phone she went to check the stock out the back and instead of finishing my order she passed the phone to one of the guys and asked him to finish my order and she went and stood talking with the other guys on the shop floor I've never felt so awkward shopping for a phone before, I have been an O2 customer since I was 18 and with service like this it's making me seriously consider going else where when my contract is up, service was very rude and I was looked down on if I was able to cancel my contract right now I would after this.

Went in to o2 in Poole today 06/09/2023 said we are virgin customers that had come over to o2 he ask what phones we have & were told they are over there not helpful at all so would have given NO STARS if it would me need to have some customer service

Never answer the phone ironically. You can even go into store, call them from your mobile and then watch them stop nattering about last night's TV to go over to the phone, pick it up and put it down. Not sure why they don't just say "Hi you are through to the O2 store in Poole, How can we help?" It's a great game if you have nothing else to do like the staff.

Tried to talk to a member of staff about getting calls from numbers I have blocked. He never looked up from his phone, I can only imagine that he couldn't lift his head due to all the pearcings, and was unable to answer my question due to the amount of chewing he was doing! Not impressed. Won't be back, I was moved over from virgin to 02 and am currently looking for another provider!

I went into the shop to see how long I had on my contract I was told to bloke my details and he said come back into 20 minutes I came back he said would you like to have a seat then I saw him come out of the back room with his coat on and he left and left me sit in there in the end I called over a guy who had been serving someone and he decided to come and have a look for me he said I don't normally do this but you said I don't mind doing it he was very good but just left sitting there and he told no one about me sitting there and there was two young girls talking I assume they're employees yes wasn't very pleased with the service but the guy that out me not very pleased with

I went into O2 in Poole to buy a newer/better phone. I was guided towards a 4G one that did what I wanted and which was reasonably priced. Being a pensioner I am not fluent in dealing with phones so the salesman, Ally, said he would migrate the info over from my old phone to the new one and I should go and do some shopping for 20 minutes. Now that I am home the new phone looks like my old one, but with better features. Ally, you are a star! It would have taken me ages to have managed this, if at all. You did all I could have hoped for and sorted out my phone problems with no stress for me. If anyone is confused about getting a new phone and how to migrate their info then I can absolutely recommend the O2 shop in Poole!

Went in today to speak about a sim only contract as I?m looking to move over from another provider. The staff were very rude. After waiting a bit the guy shouted at me across the store ?forgot your name but she?s ready for you now?, for her to proceed to be very blunt and rude, not really helpful at all. The whole process felt like they didn?t want any of us in there at all and simply wanted to go home. Poor customer service
