Arrived to find post office counter closed and customers queuing all around the shop for post office service at the shop counter. Simply didn?t have time to wait so left and went elsewhere.

The staff at this post office are SO efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. They work tirelessly on minimum wage (I can't believe that!!) For all those complainers, grumbles and insulting people; just for a minute put yourself in their shoes- could you do better? Would you do better? Doubt it. I was astounded at the abuse these lovely postal workers have had to endure. Personal insults; some hideous people delivering them should be held accountable! Abuse and no other word for it. The manager is leaving and I for one am deeply saddened as she was so kind and helpful when I was sending copious amounts of parcels to my son and the Royal Engineers troop in Afghanistan a few years ago. I know this is a long review but I wanted to support these diligent public workers for all they do having heard the daily injustice abuse they receive. NOT ACCEPTABLE at all!!.

I've always been served by a lovely lady, however today the lady that served me was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me it wasn't possible for me to return a parcel with a barcode I had from the company and her manner was vile. I then took it to another post office with absolutely no issues at all!! I'm not one to write reviews but this lady was so rude she shouldn't be working with customers! I will use other post offices for my parcels in future.

I have been going to this post office for about a 2 years now everyone their is so nice Debs and Nicki they are always happy to help you , very friendly I would not go any where else !!! My Dad also goes there sometimes and always says they are so nice down at that post office , with my dad being older and hard of hearing they always help him and chat with him makes his day . Also their is also a young gentleman and young lady who work there and they are lovely too very helpful . I am writing this review as can not understand why some people have said they have had a bad experience it blows me away !!! Like I said I would not go anywhere else . If I could give them ten stars I would .

Always been happy to help in whatever way they can,I have on numerous occasions seen the staff be verbally abused by rude customers and then they wonder why they get an unexpected reply from staff!! They are often VERY busy but get the job done and move on to next job. Have always found all staff to be chatty and cheery when they have 5 minutes to themselves. Not sure about some of the reviews a little harsh I feel.

I have always been very happy with their service. I use this Post Office once of twice a week. As I have an online business. Helpful staff and I don't have to wait in a long queue.
