Visited the store today , and a lovely young man in the yard could not of been more helpful (Russell) compared to a lot of other builders merchants he went out of his way to help , the yard it?s self was one of the tidiest I?ve been too , unfortunately the blonde lady at the till let down the store (a smile goes a long way ) hence only 4 stars not 5 Thank you again Russell for your help

Absolutly shocking...ordered a delivery a week in advance to get the materials to my job at 8oclock and still waiting around at 4. People are rude full stop and paid extra for am slot!!! Not happy one bit

Great store with large range of products that are well priced. The staff where knowledgeable and friendly. To top if off, there is a great café upstairs at the entrance of store that is great if you left home without eating. Highly recommended.

Went today and was instantly greeted in a friendly and helpful manner. Directed to required aisles and bays. A lovely young man called Connor R served us and carried out the items to the car. Polite and courteous . Great service

looking for an acrow prop today and selco had just the thing, the ordering and price was good and easy :) store layout is easy and generous, easy to find things and staff are helpful although not all that knowledgable. Whilst there we found some additional door components but at the checkout were charged £35 for £19 worth of items. it seems the pricing on the shelves were from 2018... the problem was rectified and we were only charged the shelf price so thanks for being proactive and resolving our issues. there were other customers at the tills who had similar pricing issues so it seems there are a few pricing errors but helpful staff in the face of this. :)

Well first visit, and absolutely the last!Rude staff and picked up the some wood only to have it took off us by a staff member who needed it for a delivery.Can't believe in was in our hands and pulled out and denied our rightful purchase.I grabbed my receipt an was told off for taking it too soon, despite the transaction being completeYou need to take a long hard look at customer relations especially in these difficult trading time an as stated we will never be back an will activately advise to anyone I know to trade else whereUp your game
