Great experience in the Poole store today, the item I was looking for hadn?t quite made it onto the shelf yet but showing in stock online, two lovely staff members helped me out and found the items in the warehouse and brought them out for me to choose which one I wanted. Very friendly and helpful staff!

Very good. Always very efficient with click and collect. Staff friendly and have a positive attitude. Well continue to take my business here. Prices for pokemon stuff are reasonable compared to others.

Went in today to the poole store and left reassured and happy. I was served by Hannah in the car seat area, she was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have been served by her a few times now and honestly her customer service is great. Hannah went out of her way offering to show me how to install car seats and check if they fit our car before we buy. She also went over car seat safety information. I couldn?t thank her enough. I have been recommended to go here by family and friends and I couldn?t agree more.

DO NOT BUY CAR SEATS FROM HERE. Purchased a £250 car seat from Smyths which has a major fault causing it to rock significantly when installed. 3 trips to the store left me faced with apparently trained car installers who stated the violent shaking of a car seat is normal? (Maxi cosi subsequently ordered from Argos is solid as it should be)The young girls behind the counter had a terrible attitude with me from seconds of me entering the store to return the car seat- knowing they had decided not to offer a fair service to me immediately.As a new mother, I?m £250 out of pocket and been told to contact the manufacturer as a way of being fobbed offI advise ALL parents avoid this place for any safety equipment. Awful customer service delivered by a cliquey staff team

I went to Smyths toys in Poole today looking for specific items for my Grandchildren.I had no idea where to find them. I approached an assistant - Lily a total of 3 times and she was very friendly and helpful. I wanted to say Thank you to her for her help !

Went in today knowing kind of what I wanted but not 100% and I left feeling confident I understood a lot more and purchased an item I'm really happy with. The lady who served me, I think Hannah?, was very friendly, bubbly, happy and enjoyable to be around tbh. She was patient with me and my hundreds of questions! Feeling excited and happy now after my visit! The manager was also helpful too. Very pleased with my visit today, especially as it was recommended to me by a friend to go here too.

(Be aware this store is Rude and have a bad attitude and staff are discriminatory)Visited this store to take back a unopened purchase with proof of purchase, staff duty manager is a joke, told his colleague didn't trust me, took my item away and opened it up to check took 15 minutes never told me what was happened just noticed as could see. Absolutely joke trying to insinuate customers are stealing and resealing boxes up and bringing items back what a joke.

Awful. Told my sons bike was ready for pickup after paying for shop to construct the bike. Queued for 5 minutes to get to the til(not a problem) then told the bike is on its way. 10 minutes of waiting and still no bike. Asked staff.. on its way they said. 10 more minutes and still no bike. Staff say its just coming. I tell the staff I can?t wait much longer only to be told the mud guards are just being put on!!!!Told the staff I couldn?t wait any longer. They said ok, bye(good customer relations) once I?ve got my sons present I?ll never go there again

Was served by a lovely lady called Lisa who gave me so much information when buying my baby a car seat. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and an absolute credit to your team. I left feeling super confident in the safety and fitting of my new joie car seat, thank you Lisa

Vicki at Smyths Toy Superstore in the baby section was amazing! We went into the store absolutely clueless when it comes to prams and car seats and Vicki was so informative and patient with us. She let us try out all of the prams and attachments, showed us how they all work and came outside with us to test the car seat in our vehicle. Thank you so much Vicki, we don?t know how we would have managed to pick one and work it all out without your help!

My partner and I visited the poole branch today to purchase a pushchair. Lisa the lady on the baby section was so so helpful in helping us decide which package was the best and insisted on checking that the car seat fitted in our car by bringing the display model out into the car park. Great service and very satisfied customers ?

This toy shop is FANTASTIC! Perfect place not just for toys but for games too! Plenty of good stuff, Mario and Sonic toy stock is fantastic, excellent prices and size, huge library of games, Smyths is an excellent toy shop.

I've actually been here since the day it first opened! Range of PAW Patrol figures is amazing! The products here are never in bad condition. Only problem could probably lack of toys I'm looking for.
