Awful.The staff have no product knowledge. Customer service is poor. Would not recommend. The entertainer is cheaper with the same products.

Well what an experience as a mother with a pushchair for a shopping and stuff that I was putting on top of my pushchair as in big items I was going to pay for as I don?t have sitters to do my Christmas shopping one of the staff ladies with dark hair was extremely rude had a go at us in the shop all because I was paying separate for the toy dinosaur she then banned me and my sister after I asked her to search my pushchair after she made out i was stealing but I was paying separately on two different cards the woman was so so rude and can?t believe the customer service I received today definitely will not be going back to the lady should be sacked

Love it here! It's sadly starting to go down the classic toystore route of having old stock that they can't sell clogging up shelves, but it's a VERY nice place to be. Friendly staff, very accessible being on the ground floor, it's a bit easy to overlook behind the escalator but a gem to be sure. I'm always here every time I'm in the area, it's a must-visit shop.

Good shop with great range of stock. Friendly, helpful staff. Surprised there is no protective screen at till area. Is the norm in most other shops in current conditions!!!
