Vision express Poole is a fantastic place to work. I worked here for the last 3 years and had no optical experience when I started. The team took me in and trained me up and looked after me with some personal matters. Lynsey was a fantastic boss and pretty much a work mum. As I said I started from the bottom and worked my way up to being fully trained. It was like a little family and I would recommend anyone to work there. You will learn so much and have a great time with the team. I have made friends to last a lifetime. . Some people may ask why I have now left and the main reason was because I wanted to move down the clinical/ patient care route, which I would not have achieved without the VE Poole team!

Went in for an eye test and it was a seamless experience. Once completed, I then looked at a selection of frames and the assistant was very knowledgeable and professional which helped me in my decision.

I ordered contact lenses to be delivered and the courier did not deliver them. Daina in store sorted me with some emergency lenses and re ordered mine which came the next day. Brilliant customer service Daina Thankyou

Apart for waiting a bit longer to be greeted on arrival the rest of the time in the store went quite swimmingly. Got in for appointment on time and the staff were friendly (but not overly) and professional.
