I was a regular custom of theirs, and for once I bought a faulty mouse, so I simply asked for an exchange, which they absolutely hated and done everything in their powers to prevent it.     Phoned and explained the problem with my laptop at 11.30, by 3.30 the same day I had delivered it in a Covid secure way, and by 5pm the problem was sorted and I was collecting it with a very minimal bill. Super service!
