Absolutely wonderful experience.You know a team is caring and incredible when they treat you well even though you're late, you have an infant baby and in receipt of NHS help so won't be spending any money, and they treat you like you're as important as someone who is there to spend hundreds and would be far easier to deal with.My baby got fussy and the ladies on the desk helped by cuddling her, which was incredibly kind.The optician was kind, understanding, very professional and knowledgeable.My glasses were ready very very quickly and am very very happy and will recommend this store to anyone in the area. Thank you team.

A warm welcome and help with my wheelchair wherever necessary.Very helpful throughout and an extremely good price, no trying to push extra expense on you.I received two pairs of glasses within less than a week and both are correct for my eyes, lightweight and comfortable.Thank you, we will certainly recommend you and will visit again when we next need glasses.

This is the best eye test l have ever had with the optometrist explaining everything she was doing at every stage.The manager and staff at this branch of Vision Express were brilliant too, nobody was pushy, just helpful and welcoming.I think this a lesson that other opticians could learn from.

All the staff in the branch I went to were friendly and helpful (unlike Boots who tried to hugely overcharge and told me of got my name wrong!). The optometrist was particularly helpful in discussing options for my unusual issues.

Everyone who worked in there is amazing. Such a great atmosphere! We had a laugh, they helped me pick out some great glasses, chucked some compliments my way and the whole experience just made my day really! I felt really happy after my visit. The people here were fantastic at getting a speedy appointment when I was having issues with eye sight. Optician was very informative and gave me all the info I needed of the development of my prescription. The people out the front were fantastic, honestd helpful at finishing me the right glasses at an affordable price.

The customer service is wonderful. Jeff and his colleagues are so knowledgeable and helpful and could not do enough for you on making an opticians appointment pleasant and enjoyable and I was really thankful for their help. I would have no problems in recommending the Vision Express Store in Sturminster Newton.
