Came in with my two children for over-the-counter medication. Waited for more than ten minutes while being completely ignored by three staff members all restocking in the dispensary. The pharmacy is very small so there is no possibility that we weren?t noticed. Eventually we left and went to Boots across the road, where the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I received very kind and helpful service today.\\nI?m staying in Swanage for a few days and I forgot to collect my prescription before leaving my home in Buckinghamshire.\\nThe friendly staff phoned my surgery and had my prescription ready for me within 10 minutes. Very much appreciated!

We called yesterday because my wife had a bit of an itchy spot on her wrist.The chemist was very helpful and suggested a hydrocortisone cream. Unfortunately they were out of this. He then volunteered to go to another shop nearby to get us some. It took him 10 minutes in all to get us this cream.The chemist acted well over and above the call of duty. Thank you.

So, I'm in agony, not too strong a word for it (unfortunately) with gout. Got a prescription emailed through to Well to collect when I'm able to do so. Great. Thank God, relief a few hours away. But no, hang on Well DON'T OPEN SATURDAYS ????. In this day and age!?!?!?!? Mental. ???

Popped in here for a couple of things prior to the jubilee weekend and it sounded like chaos in the dispensary. Nobody serving at the counter either. Been waiting here for a good 10 minutes without any service whatsoever. I used to work in a pharmacy and it was never like this.

Having transferred my Online Repeat Prescription procedure from another pharmacy in Swanage recently, this was my initial experience using this Well's service and it was certainly impressive. Within 2 hours of having a consultation with the GP the medication was ready for collection. The pharmacist couldn't have been more helpful, including setting up the Medication Collection Text Advice.

The first couple of times I went the service was terrible, bordering on rude. If it were not for the fact that my repeat prescriptions are sent there, I would nit have returned.However, since then the service has improved markedly, with polite, helpful and pleasant staff; one even joking with me on my last visit (albeit that it wasn?t funny).So, with nothing to do with this pharmacy, here?s my humour....Outside the pharmacy in a busy street, a poor man is clutching into a pole for dear life, not breathing, not moving, not twitching a muscle just standing there, frozen.The pharmacist goes up to his assistant and asks: ?What?s the matter with that guy? Wasn?t he in here earlier??Assistant replies: ?Yes he was. He had the most terrible cough and none of my prescriptions seemed to help.?Pharmacist says: ?He seems to be fine now.?Assistant replies: ?Sure, he does. I gave him a box of the strongest laxatives on the market. Now he won?t dare cough!?

Disgusting service. After being told my 16 week old twins reflux formula would be ready on the Monday and constantly going in to collect it only to be told to come back time and time again, finally on day 4 being told there?s no pharmacist to sign off the formula for them! Waiting to be called back as promised from a phone call I left at 10:30 that I need it by 1pm for they?re next feed , I went down at 2pm only to find a note left on the door that the pharmacy would be closed today!Now I?ve been left with no milk for them!!They?re premature and need feeding every 3 hours.Currently screaming at me after now missing feed no2 and another phone call to them, they?ve sent the formula to they?re other pharmacy 6 doors down with it going to take yet another hour to process.I don?t know why they couldn?t do this in the first place or call me with an update on the situation.Just shows a huge lack of incompetence.

Never answer the phone, never have meds ready, forever being told to come back. Only the convenience of the coop is in its favour but really must change !
