We have just purchased a property through Irving & Sons, and while you would expect a representative who is selling you anything to always be pleasant and helpful, Clare has gone above and beyond, in order to ensure that the sale, which had quite a long chain, went through. I would stress that she was not OUR agent, but that of the vendor, and yet she still kept us informed of what was going on in the background, on a regular basis. From the very first call when we spotted a home in Verwood online that we liked the look of, the service we enjoyed from Clare was nothing short of exceptional. She was patient and supportive throughout and never failed to answer any queries we had. She has intimate knowledge of the area and provided many invaluable tips and contacts. We have been so impressed with the whole team at Irving and sons, very professional, but with warmth, patience, humour, and such understanding of our difficult situation and treating us with such kindness and sensitivity. When I rang feeling rather stressed I was greeted with "what can we do to help" by Sarah, just what I needed to hear. As for Claire Wright, what a super lady who has always gone the extra mile for us, as I'm sure she does for everyone, her ability to get things done, nothing is too much trouble and her sense of humour and friendliness has made our move a fairly stress free and relatively pleasant one. Honestly, I am so glad the sellers chose Irving & Sons as their estate agents. If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have been able to buy our dream home.
