“Excellent service, I renewed my passport recently and the extremely helpful lady working there filled out all the info, took my photo and sent it off. A small charge on top of the normal cost to renew but it covered photo cost and recorded delivery. I received my passport back within a week, having been updated by text at every step. Highly recommend”
