Its the first time i have been to Joys in Wareham to purchase a three piece suit, althought have rented a while ago. The professionalism and politeness are second to none. All the staff are extremely well trained in Customer Care and knowledgable of thier products, also advice and after sales if needed.Thanks again really appreciated and recommend..

Was totally ignored today. 2 staff members it took to order a hired suit for a young man. The female kept disappearing into her office instead of asking me if she could help. Stood at the desk for at least 10-15 minutes. Customer care zero.

I had spotted a pair of mens shoes in the window when visiting Wareham on a Wednesday. However, the shop is closed all day on Wednesday so I made the 30mile round trip journey the following Monday. Upon arrival I went to the back end of the shop where an Assistant was already helping people try on jackets, I could hear and see someone in the office sat down communicating with the buyer as well whilst I was kept waiting. This continued until the buyer went to the till to pay and at this time the Assistant from the back room came to serve me. I tried on the shoes and went to pay but found a slight fault in the material part of the left shoe, so the Assistant brought out another box and checked the shoes and took them to the toll for me to pay. When I arrived home I went to try on the new shoes oy to find what appeared to be glue marks on the leather part of the new right shoe. So on the Tuesday morning I drove the 30 mile round trip arriving half an hour early than the shop opened in order to avoid the heavy traffic that I had experienced the day before. Upon opening at 9.30am I entered the shop and was served by the same Assistant as on the previous day. I highlighted the fact that there were marks on the right shoe which obviously wasn't spotted, yet she advised that she had checked both shoes before boxing them up. This made it more frustrating the fact that they had been checked previously before my original purchase and whilst not cheap shoes tge cosy of petrol for an overall 60 mile round trip had certainly cost me more than I expected to pay. So I was rather disappointed with the service from what I can only describe as a long standing shop within the community which has served customers well and appears popular with the locals, but less said about non residents unfortunately.

Today, my to be husband and I, had the literal joy of visiting Joy's, looking to find accompanying waistcoat and shirt for his wedding suit.No matter the fact he already had a suit from somewhere else, the staff could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and so very kind.Their recommendation was beyond what we could have imagined and he now looks so dapper and is itching to wear the whole get up on the big day.We are so grateful to the store's staff. Thank you for making us feel welcome and ensuring my fella is going to look and feel the bees knees thanks to your support.Highly recommended!
