Weekend staff are definitely not as good as the week day staff, especially if you have big and bulky stuff with 5 members standing around chatting. not one opened bothered to help and open the door.... I would rather drive from Wareham to Toolstation in Poole if this is the customer service you get from Screwfix on a Weekend.

Amazing service as always at Screwfix. Awesome Team at Wareham are always welcoming and happy to help out. Fantastic knowledge on products, information and offers in store. Have everything I need in sock same day or next day if special item. Straight in and out with one click of the app which makes things so easy. Brilliant ?
