Hopeless weekend staff. Wanted to full tank so asked the staff to open the pump via intercom. She says it's on prepay when week day staffs do open pump to do full tank. Sat 27th Jan 1pm. Left without filling and went to BP on Great south road manukau with no issues.

Have used this garage for years but doubt I will any longer. Was served by Kym who wandered off to chat to a colleague as I approached the till. After at least a minute she wandered back and went ?yep?? at me then literally threw my loyalty card back at me and the word please was omitted when payment was asked for.All in all a person who shouldn?t be on the frontline.

Overpriced fuel - purchased a sausage roll and it was burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. Will not return

I've been coming to this BP for about 9 years and my visit on 8/8/23 at 18.45 is my very last visit. I was insulted by the staff so I won't be back. The details below are 100% true because you just can't make up the story that I've written below.I lifted the nozzle from the pump and waited for the staff to authorise my pump. I waited, and waited, and waited some more. Then the man at tills used the tannoy to say 'Pump number 6, please put the nozzle in your car.' I thought to myself, I've been pumping petrol for 35 years and no one has ever instructed me to do this. Then the man said it again for everyone at the station to hear- 'Pump number 6, please put the nozzle in your car.' So I obliged.I was a bit embarrassed and angry, but willing to let this ridiculous remark pass. However, when I got to the tills the man said 'Sorry sir. We can't authorise the pump until you put the nozzle in the car.' So I asked if this was a new rule and, I swear to God, this is what the man told me: he said the rule went into effect about a year ago after someone removed the nozzle from the pump, got the pump authorised, then dowsed themself with petrol and lit themself on fire.So I told the man that someone could still set themself alight regardless of this rule, it was insulting to tell me to insert the nozzle into the car over the tannoy, and that I didn't recommend he say this to anyone else. He said 'I'm just doing what the company tells me to do.'The worst part about this experience is that I feel guilty about saying his remark made over the tannoy was insulting. But I shouldn't feel guilty because that rule won't prevent anyone from setting themselves on fire.

Nothing brings people together like Weymouth BP. Our car broke down just outside it and we spent five hours at BP waiting to be towed. Great snack selection and facilities, made the experience as good as it could have been. 10/10 would break down here again

Very good opening hours so always available. Products can be a little bit in the expensive side but that is to be expected. Staff are friendly and I have never had any issues.

Lovely Petrol Station. Have upgraded to have electric power stations for cars. Also adequate parking if you just want to purchase from the shop if you dont need petrol. Also a cash machine here. Plenty of food options for both snacking/lunch and dinner.
