“Called Kwik Fit today with a car engine failure which Green Flag were unable to repair. Steve Keogh (the manager) was extremely helpful and promised that if we could get the vehicle to him today, he would fix it. He ordered the parts needed and when we arrived, his engineer (Dave) got into it straight away. They called us once the diagnosis was complete and explained the options available to us. They managed to fix the issue well enough for us to get home (our main aim). At all times, they were both helpful, sympathetic and knowledgeable. Brilliant service!”

“Jamie & his team are absolute superstars. I've not got a clue about cars. Went in for the dreaded MOT, sadly she failed 1st time. Jamie explained all in simple terms & what needed fixing. Luckily they managed to squeeze me in that day to fix it. Happily used the payment assist option which was quick to set up with zero interest.
