Couldn't realistically have asked for more from the staff member, Tom, sorted out my recontract, and answered all my questions about home wifi and TV matters. Going back at the end of the month to do the same with my broadband and TV.

Two stars because Fred and Jasmine have been helpful.Isaac should consider a different line of work, as he is both unknowledgeable and dismissive, along with being untruthful and misleading to my spouse who set up our contracts. We really regret getting EE. Once our contract ends, we'll find a different provider. Isaac could have easily helped me determine the issue with my phone, saving me time and a huge amount of hassle figuring it out on my own, but simply defaulted to check your account, pointed to me the wrong thing in my account to boot, and didn't really seem to care when I asked further questions.What's the point of walking into a shop if the customer service rep doesn't want to assist customers with problems? If you sell a product, back it up with actual service. Don't make your customers spend hours trying to work out why things don't appear to be working, please.

Well I had a problem with EE customer service . Got billed for a phone I couldnt use after I sent the phone back and cancelled the contract they still billed me for it . So cut a very long story short the guys in the EE shop gave me some advise on how to go about it and today I have had a email stating it is all resolved debt collectors will be canceled. Couldn't of done it without the guys in the storeThanks guys

Nice pleasant staff,but and heres the but.parking is dear in Weymouth,and the syst in place is ludricious.....!!I sat in the shop for thirty five minutes whilst the manager waited for his client too appear,who he text twice,and the couple ambed in ,without a care in the world some twenty minutes late,he turned away quiet a few customers in that time,who were not willing to come all the way back in the afternoon,just doesn't work and nor did I ,as I lost money waiting all that time!!!,the system is broken.....the young girl was great ,Jasmin...xx.but the manager,should have spoken out about the booking system long ago,instead of complying...I go to a competitor next time..

Can never fault EE either on the phone or in store. Always friendly & helpful & willing to try their hardest to get you the best deal.... thanks for sorting me out Isaac & Dean (I think that was the other guys name ? sorry!! ?)
