Me and my fiancee went to look at wedding rings as we are getting married in November. We saw the rings and went in the weymouth branch we were approached by Wayne he was so helpful he made us feel relaxed I would definitely recommend. Amazing Thank you.

Amazing service. Sorry for the delay review. Came here on holiday as the last destination of the 4 for myself and my girlfriend holiday.The staff here are brilliant.Had an engagement ring ordered online and Sarah who helped me from start to finish was brilliant.In all fairness all the staff where brilliant.Kept me up to date and helped throughout.The best news is when we went to lulworth cove later that evening she said YES.Thank you F. Always bought our watches from here. But now they have changed there policy on lifetime batteries I won't let my partner to buy me anymore watches from the company. Staff have always bee amazing. But change in battery policy will cost this company dearly from us.

Poor quality poor customer service, All round shocking. Bought my engagement ring here at the end of May this year, and since then it has been exchanged 4 times as one of the diamonds kept falling out. Now have my money back and will never shop here again. My advice go else where.....

We were served by a new assistant in the shop. Her name was Sophie. She was a lovely polite girl who apologized for the fact she was a bit slow as it was her first day. She will go far!!!

WARNING......Bought a sekonda watch from here, turns out its a sekonda face in a different watch casing.only the face was sekonda the workings and the strap arent sekonda.staff seem like they dont wont to be there, no customer service what so ever.seen better items at a carboot.
