The rudest, most incompetent staff I have ever met in my life. They have wasted hours of my life this past week and lied continuously. They refuse to take responsibility for anything they have said or done and I definitely won't be returning.

DO NOT USE There has always been a long wait when trying to collect our medications, but today it was impossible! My regular meds, ordered via my gp as usual (9 days in advance this time). My husband went to collect today and having waited over 30 mins, was told it still wasn't ready!! Also it wasn't worth waiting any longer - try again tomorrow!!! Staff shortage! It must be said that it was a lengthy prescription, but neverthless this is outrageous! We have to try again tomorrow as 1 of the meds (prescribed following a heart attack runs out tomorrow)

Although the staff are pleasant and good natured, I have always found the process of picking up a prescription incredibly slow and inefficient. It makes no difference how many people are being served, it's always poor. I will now drive to somewhere else in future.

Always appear to be under staffed, or behind with there work load. Always making excuses e.g; waiting on delivery?s. Never appear to have anything in stock. And Staff not particularly useful. Found this experience on every occasion I?ve visited. Wouldn?t recommend.

Because I shop at Morrisons I thought it would be a good idea to get my repeat prescriptions from there each month.Bit of a mistake. Sometimes they are ready but most times they are not.Last week being Christmas I did my shopping later in the evening knowing the pharmacy is open until 7pm as advertised on there website.When I arrived it was closed with a sign on the door saying closing at 4pm due to staffing issues.With no where to drop my prescription off l rang them the next day. Could not get through the phone just kept ringing off all day.I finally got through on the Tuesday after Christmas and was rudely told that they are no longer taking repeat prescriptions over the phone however he will put this one through and will be ready Friday.Just been to pick it up and after waiting in a queue fro 30 minutes I was told the order is pending and will not be ready until next week which has now left me we no tables for my heart condition.The service at this branch in Weymouth is very poor so I shall be moving to a more reliable pharmacy where the service will be much better.

Two examples of superb service during an incredibly busy time for the pharmacy. Dorothy has been incredibly helpful, efficient and simply kind at a very difficult time for me, and the pharmacy remains excellent, even when short-staffed. And on a very busy Christmas Eve, James and the team made every effort to get a much-needed medication for my shielding husband. Thank you all

I had a really miserable experience. My 3 year old son had tonsillitis, we had an emergency phone appointment with the doctor at 12pm lunch time and he prescribed antibiotics. My son was literally being sick, 39.5 degree temperature, crying and in lots of pain as I was on the phone. The doctor said wait 1 hour then go get the medicine from Morrisons pharmacy. I left about 1.30, did some shopping and at 2pm when they opened after lunch got in the queue. It took 25 minutes to get seen and I was only 4th in the queue. When I finally got to the front, the guy told me that it would be "10 minutes" as they hadn't even made up the prescription! He was very rude to me, and moaned about doctors saying they shouldn't tell people it would be "1 hour". So I dropped my shopping at the car, got back in the queue and then waited 30 MINUTES to get to the front again. I finally got back to the front, and a lady asked me if I knew my son's dosage. No, I'm not a doctor so I dont know it. Then I had to sit down and wait another 25 mins while she called the doctor to find out! So it took me 2 hours (of missed work I had to make up for that evening) to leave my house, go to the shop and get 1 simple prescription. On top of that, I queued for ages, took abuse from the miserable guy on the counter, waited another age and in all that time they STILL HADN'T EVEN STARTED preparing my prescription. Awful, terrible service. And all the while my toddler was at home crying in pain because the Morrisons pharmacy couldn't get their act together. Served with a side of rudeness. Thanks morrisons pharmacy, fantastic help.

Though not my regular pharmacy, I had an urgent problem which nobody else could sort out. Morrisons did - instantly, efficiently and most courteously. I was very impressed . Well done.

The staff very pleasant and efficient and the service far faster than our previous pharmacy in the town centre. The pharmacists are excellent.
