Too be truthful I could have filled it in,But didn't have time too sit there all day and run around town like a headless chicken. What I did do was goo go to the post office and ask them for help. The form has just come back again. After being reassured that the girl was happy...(Really good,I'm trying too get my paper licence changed,as well as my address, and it's just endless pharting about going here ,there and everywhere, getting a photo taken, who knows where my birth certificate is,was,or even if I still got it,and as for forking out something in the region of £86..for a new passport ,just another tax .Certain people ,( my little sister,Sally ) who shall be nameless filled in the first two,and both have come back ,as though it's a written test at my old school. But and here's the but. .Sarah ,and her colleague, took one look this morning at all of the papers I presented too her,and she didn't bat an eyelid, she went through it ....and filled in the missing numbers for which I thank her for. They say it's the digital age, isn't at all .It's people like Sarah and her colleague her keep the post office in profit. It's a pity it's not owned by UsBecause we would get a share come in handy this time of year (heating)And I give both the girls a substantial rise...Thankyou.....)Take it all back....The form ,has dropped back on my doormat.Even Sarah, who works there dealing with them day in day out, couldn't understand it..........!!!!!!!

Sarah was efficient kind and professional today during what was an extremely busy period.I was excluded from updating my driving licence online as I do not have a UK passport and I fear that many others must be in the same situation. I can only hope they encounter such a helpful service. Thank you Sarah

Avoid track and trace passport there. Cost me a fortune. After spending several hours on the phone to passport office its confirmed this post office failed on typing errors and even the photos they took failed on quality. Took months to fix and cost me a pretty pennyI asked for my money back and the young short lady that made the errors said no

There is always a long queue. Effectively the main Post Office for Weymouth, there are only 3 counters, usually only 2 of which are staffed, tucked away in the cramped rear of a small gift and card shop.

I managed to pop in to renew my driving licence in the nick of time! Thanks to Hannah for happily working past her shift. She was welcoming regardless of time. Hannah was also helping two newly trained members of staff. Fantastic customer service! Friendly, efficent & professional. Very much appreciated. Thank you!

Sunny the Post Office dog here! I?d just like to say that the non-furred folk that work at the PO are woofsome! In a fast paced, demanding and often stressful environment the PO Pack work their tails off. Through covid , Royal Mail strikes and tough times they kept and still keep a smile ? on their faces and deliver a great service to our customers.Unfortunately, more often that not the PO Pack get a lot of complaints that are outside their control. This happens because some customers don?t realise that we?re not Royal Mail ??? and that yes, banking ? can be done through the PO but we?re not an actual bank ?.Weymouth Post Office is more than just a PO and shop, it?s become a community hub. Our regulars are loved and appreciated and the fact that so many people keep coming back and using our facilities speaks for itself. We?re a busy PO and the non-furred aim to serve their customers swiftly and efficiently, so if there is a bit of a queue please have a little patience, they value your custom and are just giving other customers the time that you ,yourself, will require.Look forward to seeing you soon! Feel free to say hello to me if you see me, I love the attention and will gladly give your lottery tickets a ?lucky boop? ????

Went in to get my passport renewed. The staff were so helpful advising me that they could do it on the tablet. So simple. A very good service. Had a lovely chat with the ladies and bought some great gift items on the way out. A lovely little shop with loads of beautiful local crafts. Well done Weymouth Post Office. Its nice to be served by friendly polite and informative people.

I tried to pay some money in to my daughters saving account, in the same way I have done for numerous years. I was met with three very unhelpful, and impolite members of staff, who, whilst having no customers bar myself, were clearly to busy to make any effort to help me. It was like a scene out Catherine Tate - The Computer says No. I'm slightly embarrassed about even giving a one star review. A smile and some service would go a long way to increasing turnover and reducing your ever increasing loss making business.

Its not that friendly in there. You have to wait if someone is having a pass port photo taken and the line gets longer. The staff in the post office are not that helpful and they are fare from the nice smiley faces on their sight.
