The lady pharmacist is so kind she has sorted my husbands medication she's nice on the phone. Can you imagine how many people have loads of meds, be patient it's not the chemist that is causing problems they have to get the scripts from the surgery and also wait for meds to be delivered

Myself and the chap in front were ignored as staff chatted amongst themselves3 staff ignoring customers isn?t goodI realise it?s not an emergency facility, but still no need to ignore paying customersThen a chap was having his covid jab, door open and the answers to questions under GDPR was audible to everyone

Been using this pharmacy for about a year - very impressed, friendly knowledgeable staff and no waiting around for ages (previously used Asda) - and the prescriptions are always correct.

I'm in Well Pharmacy on a weekly basis at at the moment,when you have advanced prostate cancer you need all the help and care possible, my team are at Buxton road and they are brilliant,I cannot recommend them more highly,thank you.

Called in for URGENT prescription using a bar code. It was entered once and was told it did not work. It was not tried again and no support at all was given. When asked for a Well phone contact to sort it was told he didn't think he had a number!Went to another pharmacy... guess what?...no problems at all!! Barcode read instantly and medicine dispensed promptly.Incompetence or laziness ? WELL Buxton Road needs retraining and lessons in empathy. This was an emergency medicine.

Shop closed today with note on door saying no pharmacist but they could've still sold normal cold remedies, paracetomol, etcTheir repeat medication ordering system needs changing, currently done manually and they sometimes forget to order next months

Continually phoned for two and half hours after receiving a tx to say my husdands tablets were ready for collection, he always has them delivered. No apology was given by the person who took my call. This is an on going problem, does no one hear the phone!!!!.

Busy ,but very helpful, polite ,& work very hard ,very patient, ask them simple question to help you with something, not the Gp for example they know & flu jabs ,etc & room to sit & talk or blood pressure or something private ,

Since WELL took over its been a nightmare, I could order my medication on line on a Friday and they'd be delivered Tuesday/Wednesday the following week. Now it takes 7-10 day. Today there was 2 items with the incorrect amount. Gone Downhill Fast!
