Anca went above and beyond to help me and even went into my gp surgery to put through an urgent prescription request as I wasn?t getting any help from the surgery receptionist! I am very grateful so thank you very much Anca.

Was the 2nd person in, waited 40 minutes, ridiculous, if I could give it 0 stars I would, staff didnt seem to care about people waiting for so long, I was waiting for 3 items all of them single so it should not have taken so long

Very poor customer service.. put my prescription online as you have too .. told to pick up after 2 working days.. went to pick up my prescription bearing in mind I?m Diabetic.. told it?s not ready come back tomorrow..! I?m totally out of my medication.. said I cannot wait.. I?m diabetic I need my medication.. today , told I?d have to wait later ? 2 and a half hours before I received my prescription..! Boots seem to think you can leave medication for diabetes for a day or two ..? It?s not important? it?s not ready it?s in the box ..?

Poor, don't know why they have phone's tried over 3 days various times no answer. Will have to go down to Wimborne tomorrow to check on my prescription.

Can never oder a premature baby's food and constantly lies blaming the doctors at the surgery ( apparently never sign orders ) this is a disgrace of a pharmacy.

Should have opened at 9 nope still stood here waiting for someone to turn up with keys this is an absolute joke good thing I'm not dying or desperately need my medications!! Worst doctor/pharmacy I have been with

Always a huge queue, I had to wait more than 30 minutes to get a prescription, and it was pre-ordered!!!

I've been here twice in the last couple of months & both times have witnessed a staff member be rude to customers.The first was to disabled young man. A much older, very tall man loudly called him a 'pr*ck' - because the 16yo was louder & chattier than the other people in the queue. This was very clearly due to his neurological condition; something the rest of us in the queue could plainly see & had understanding for.The lad was justifiably upset, but the staff member (a middle aged man who was either a pharmacist or manager possibly) started shouting at him, threw him out, chased him out the doors still shouting at him, & announced loudly & proudly when he came back that the boy was now banned.The boy's carer, who was much younger than the staff member, remained calm & professional throughout - he asked why they boy had been harassed for being upset when the initial instigator had been left to carry on with his transaction. The staff member mumbled something along the lines of please be careful of your language to the person who had been rude to the boy & nothing more. The staff member then continued to bustle about proudly behind the counter, making sure all the staff members praised him for picking on a disabled minor & avoiding the six-foot-something instigator.His behaviour would be bad enough in any store, but for someone in a medically-adjacent setting not to recognise disability & respond accordingly was disgusting. The much older man in front of me offered his support to the carer, as did I & a few people behind me.The second incident was, thankfully, positively minor in comparison! But in the middle of a very slow-moving queue yesterday, the pharmacist hidden behind the barrier seemed either unaware or uncaring that the while shop could hear her, as she told the poor lady on the till to tell a woman politely enquiring how long the wait was to, "Ugh, tell her WHENEVER!" having already interjected into a previous conversation her irritation at the assistant trying to give people rough estimates of dates.I felt very sorry for the lady on the till, who had to try & give the customers (who had been waiting 30 minutes to an hour just in the queue) polite & helpful replies whilst we all pretended we couldn't hear the pharmacist. I also feel so sorry for the elderly folk who were queueing for so long.All in all, not somewhere to go unless you have absolutely no other choice.

I can't believe how hideously long the waits are to pick up prescriptions, it's inhumane. A 1 hour wait in the queue only to be told that they hadn't received the prescription that I know was sent to them 2 days before, told to come back another day only to have to wait for an hour all over again. This is absolutely appalling and I can't believe it's like this for most visits. How is this allowed and why?

This chemist is the most awful chemist I have ever used one person serving while about 5 to 6 of them are just standing and talking to each other and there manners are awful to people they also mucked up my tablets and I had no tablets for a week saying that they don't have my prescription yet it was right in front of them worst chemist in wimborne. Now I noticed that they have just mucked up my tablets again no repeat prescription which I always make sure I tell them it's a repeat prescription obviously they don't listen

Absolute disgrace queued for 20 minutes on Thursday to be told did not have stock out of the 10 people in the queue 7 people were told the same. I was told by the lady that they would order in for the next day or I could go to colehill pharmacy, I decided to go back to boots the next afternoon and my wife went in to be told they did not think that had the stock, she relayed this to me as I was outside looking after the dog and I said it was a disgrace: the lady at the pharmacy then said she would refuse to dispense. So gone to Colehill to get prescription, boots are an absolute disgrace never use them again they left me with a extremely painful eye infectionTotally unprofessional.Boots should monitor their branches better and maybe carry customer care audits

Tried to pick up my prescription twice yesterday. First time queue was out the door. Second time waited 20 minutes while they closed for lunch. They opened the doors late. I was first in the queue 3 staff members walk past while waiting by the front door but they decided when they re-opened to use the back door. So I left,dreadful service every time I go to collect my prescription. Is there anywhere else in wimborne I can go?

Just when to pick up my father in law's prescription and there were 15 people waiting in a queue. Avoid this pharmacy if at all possible it is a nightmare. He has queued.for 2 hours to get his medication.He is 88. This needs to be sorted. A disgusting service. I really don't like giving bad reviews. This is the worst review I have ever given.Boots sort it out.

Absolutely awful Pharmacy! Never answer the phone, never send texts through to say a prescription is ready. I've managed to get though on the phone once. Today I rang 12 times in 2hrs and not once did they pick up, just cut off after a few rings. Someone needs to take this pharmacy to trading standards
