Disappointing customer service. Optique don't sell sports sunglasses so left me no choice but to shop elsewhere. Found an online supplier but need to provide my pupil distance measurement. Asked Optique if they could assist with the measurement. Point blank refused claiming they will only measure if they are dispensing the glasses. As they don't sell the product I am trying to buy I thought this to be a very dog in the manger response. I would have been willing to pay for this service but this was not even offered as an option. I will be seriously considering whether to use Optique again.

One star is a generous score. They promised that reading glasses would be ready on Tuesday morning and they?d phone when ready. These are urgently needed for an 88 year old who is blind in one eye and desperately needs these following a cataract operation in April. Currently having to use a large magnifying glass to be able read.She chased them again today and excuses excuses still not ready or even any idea of when they will be ready.I am not happy. I?ve phoned today and just get answer machine and despite leaving a message saying please call urgently no call received.Customer service disgraceful!

I would thoroughly recommend you visit this family run opticians. The customer service is excellent. I never feel rushed when choosing frames, and they are constantly updating their range, so I can always find something I like. They also offer plenty of helpful advice on which frames really work best for your face.
