Rude and miserable assistantMy wife visited the haberdashery department on two consecutive days and was served on both occasions by the same lady. This assistant was abrup, rude and no please" can I help you", or" thank you" after the transactions. We felt as though we as customers were hinderous to her role.Perhaps she needs some tuition in customer relations, or if she is unhappy in her job, look for something elsewhere. She is doing nothing to support the role of the other excellent staff in the shop.

Was completely insulted by women on till whose customer facing and manners were appalling. Man queue jumped me but she ignored it and then started to berate me about their covid sign on where to queue. I will not shop there again or recommend this store.

Phoned to ask if they had any childrens tights, to save me going to Barney. A lady answered phoneI asked for what I needed .Got a very terse reply " I don't think so"Then banged the phone down .This is the first time I have been spoken to in Boyes like thisA very sad reflection on normally Pleasent place to shop.

I love having a mooch round Boyes because there is almost always a bargain to be had, or something that will make you go oooh I want one of them.

What can you say about this store. If you need it they got it, no matter what. The staff seem occasionaly to be on another planet but that's the young ones for you. Always pop in here just have a look as they get some good offers. Worth the 5 stars even if staff don't cut it sometimes.
