The staff are so friendly & helpful. They have been fantastic with sorting out LPOA on my uncles account so I decided to change my bank to here. Everything was done & sorted within a week or so. I couldn't thank them enough. What fantastic staff & manager who is always around helping out. Never ever seen a bank manager on the shop floor greeting customers!!

I've always found the staff to be polite helpful and friendly. Sometimes there's queues as there always is at any type of this establishment.. dinnertimes and just before closing are the busiest times, but the staff work as fast as they can, it's not like they want to keep people waiting, it's just some transactions take longer and some people take longer to deal with than others. Avoid the busiest times if you don't want to stand in the queue (there is seating available) I think it's better that they take a little longer and make you feel like a person instead of just a number!
Nothing but positive things to say about this branch and it's staff.
