The audiologist was so lovely, genuinely caring, and explained the microsuction process clearly. When I went dizzy due to pressure change in my ear, she called a first aider who was also amazing, bringing me water and even walking me back to my car. My hearing is so much better, and a follow-up appointment was booked to check the remaining wax, along with provision of aftercare instructions.
