I changed from this pharmacy because of its poor service relating to monthly prescriptions and a less than satisfactory attitude from one of the pharmacists at the time.The previous owners M&M pharmacy were brilliant.

Absolute shambles.Since Wells have taken over from Knights it has been a complete headache getting medication and to make matters worse, they lied to my GP and assured them my meds were ordered and will be available to collect this afternoon.Upon arrival my partner was informed the medication wasn't even ordered. Why did they tell my GP it was resolved?I will be making a formal complaint due to the severity of my medication and the diabolical customer service.Why take over a perfectly decent pharmacy if not capable of operating it correctly?If you need any medication and don't want to be messed around from pillar to post, DON'T USE WELL PHARMACY.

We moved to Bishop a few months ago and chose this pharmacy as it's next door to the doctors. People complain about getting a GP appointment, I have not had a problem with that but I do have a problem picking up a prescription! This place is a joke, completely disorganised, poor customer service and unfriendly staff. I have now switched pharmacy as I don't want to give these people my business. Time is the precious thing we have and I don't want to waste it in a place like this where staff see a queue to the door but they're more interested in tuning the radio, so unprofessional.

this branch is a complete joke since it has been taken over i have never had a prescription ready or there is always something missing this month i had rang 107 attempts to get through when i eventually did they said they would put the prescription up and would be ready in 20 minutes so i travelled from newton aycliffe to collect it when i got there i was told that i could not get it till the pharmacist returned from her break and i was asked to wait around 20 mins as i did not have that time i asked for it to be delivered to my home address so my wife waited in all day till 3.30 as she had a dental appointment and low and behold they tried delivering while she was out have tried to call them again this morning same issue cannot contact them absolutely pathetic how this branch operates

Always very helpful and understanding of my anxiety and condition. It's always daunting for me to visit a place where my medical prescription and other things about me are known. But as far as I can tell, they don't judge.

Hit and miss. Some days it's really organised and you're in and out in no time, but I find this tends to be when a different pharmacist is covering. There have been a few occasions where there has been no real urgency or customer service and I've ended up having to walk out because I've been left waiting so long. I get the feeling that some of the longer serving staff members have become a bit complacent and this shows in the lack of customer service at times.

I don't know what has happened to this pharmacy since Steve left but to be very honest it is a joke. I tried to ring all day on Monday 13/03/23 to speak with someone about a prescription only to hear a "recorded message" asking me to use their app. This app will not talk back to me and give me the answers that I need. On another occasion a friend of mine went to collect his prescription and was given an owing note for blood pressure tablets. I rang his order into the doctors on the Monday and even by the Friday of the same week this medication still wasn't available for him to collect and he needed it urgently due to his blood pressure being all over the place. To say that this situation was very annoying is an understatement - what do we have to do to get these tablets do we have to wait until he has a "stroke" before he can be given the medication he needs. I am in the process of finding another pharmacy for both of us to use because the only person that I have found that will go above and beyond in this chemist is a lady named Catherine who works in the chemist and she is brilliant - sorry but I can't say the same for the rest of the staff. I have awarded only 1 star and have only done this so that I can post my review otherwise I wouldn't have even given them 1 star. The owner of this pharmacy needs to sort out the problems that occur and they need to do it quickly. The sooner I find another chemist the better - absolutely terrible service apart from Catherine going out of her way to help people get the medication that they need.

What has happened to this pharmacy? The service is spectacularly poor.There is nothing convenient about parking at the back door and upton entry to the premises find the queue goes to the front door. This has happened on several occasions.On one occasion I waited 25 minutes to be served only to be informed they had lost my prescription. I will be moving my prescription to Asda.
