I visited the card factory at arnison centre in Durham for helium balloons for my daughters 21st birthday. Shop assistant Ann was so helpful and kind. Nothing was too much and she took the time to make a lovely display with the balloons I had chosen. She even helped carry them all to my car.Ann is definitely an asset to yhe company and deserves a medal.Thankyou so much Ann x

I've used this store often. The prices are reasonable and staff always friendly and helpful. This store doesn't offer the same range of cards and gifts as the Durham Market Place store, however parking is easy and free.

There are always a good selection of cards, wrapping paper and small gifts available.The staff are always helpful and friendly.If you need a cheap card or a more expensive one, the card factory has you covered.
