The selection and price of cards was excellent. The customer service was really poor. I'd left my debit card in the car, the person who served me made me feel very uncomfortable, when I'd got my card and commented I was glad I hadnt parked at the other side of the car park, she replied yes, me too! Sorry Card Factory, your staff need lessons in manners!!

Visited this store yesterday - staff all very polite, attentive and in control of socially distanced shopping. Well done!!!! Neighbouring retail outlet managers should be sent here to see how it is done correctly.

I felt safe in the store as the social distance was satisfactory. Hand sanitiser was available at the door. Good selection of cards available.
