“A young chap served me in the pharmacy section during a very busy Friday afternoon. Was there for a yellow fever certificate replacement. Few previous employees had said it was not possible but this lad really took time out of his day to help me and got me a replacement cert. Saved me £55. It’s nice to see there are still people out there who take pride in their work. Great work, will continue to use boots services. Didn’t catch his name but he’s off to Peru next year.
