Came to durham after Bishop Auckland had no stock, for a simple collection the staff didn't know the systems to be able for me to pick up. Wasted too much time and manager was asking on the phone what to do. EE shocking

No issues for me, I went in with an idea of what I wanted and a price in mind. Callum was excellent helped me start to finish was a nice guy and had a good laugh. Even better he sorted me a deal that suited me perfectly and arranged next day delivery on my phone. EE want to keep an eye on callum and chris both helpful and a credit to the store.

You may get a good come-in service, but everything that you want to do has to go through the customer service on the phone! Cannot change your broadband online. Cannot email them to report issues. Utterly frustrating and unreliable. One agent told me the renewal price was 26 pounds per month, and another said it was 31 pounds. And their contract would be now 24 months long now!Besides, the quality of customer service is getting worse.I just tried to get through to make a home move for more than 3 hours but it is still not done, and now that I am going to cancel my broadband altogether for not having to deal with their incompetent customer service anymore! Just terrifyingly bad. Staying away is the best policy.

Just wanted to thank Michael & Olivia at the Arnison centre store for their help this morning getting my mum her new phone. They were very helpful and patient and were a pleasure to deal with.
