So slow serving coffees and food need more than 2 people serving at tills. Always a queue so i stopped going to cafe .

M&S still manages to be a fine first stop when you need a new bra and knickers. The changing rooms upstairs are spacious and quiet, which I appreciate. The rest of their clothing range is hit and miss. Their selection of shoes is awful, but at least you can usually find a sensible pair of trousers. The food hall is surprisingly good value for ready meals and vegetables.

Clothing is a bit lacklustre! Food hall didn't have organic. Lacked size 8 knickers...got the last 2 packs! It was OK, good quality but just missing something.

Crowded and understaffed. Queued to scan our food shopping only for the till to crash at the end; then we had to join a queue again.What used to be held up as the pinnacle of customer service is now a VERY long way from that! ?

The staff are polite and professional.I was disappointed in the "best ever" scampi and chips meal in the restaurant. It really was far from the best.The children's baked potatoes were lovely and soft, along with the eggs benedictine being perfectly cooked.The restaurant was very clean and tidy.

Good large shop, extensive product range including clothes, home ware, food, flowers, cafe. Excellent parking max 4 hours. Bargains & vouchers via app. Generous return policy.

Clothing , Food and Homeware all under one roof .\\nOK I have update the review and give less stars , the shop is still great and parking is easy\\nBut the new checkout self service tills for food are pure garbage ...\\nSqueeze on your basket , put your bag the other side then try scanning your items ....3 times per item if your lucky because the scanner is now in a dumb little window half way up the screen ......it's like hitting an apple with a bow and arrow from 20 yards.....awful compared to what was there previously .

It's a lovely store. It sells clothing, shoes, bags, homeware, jewellery, and food. There's a very nice cafe upstairs.
