Excellent customer service called into the shop today and got a replacement sim card not sure why but my contacts didn't appear . (I am not tech minded!) The lady in the shop who lives near me came to our house and got me sorted.Absolutely fantastic customer service thank you so much.....

Mickey mouse has left the house, unfortunately so have the Gurus who where so helpful when needing help with your phone, I suspect the shops will soon disappear next as the costs become unviable.

More expensive than online, and told that it's because of the overhead of the shop. I understand this for a small business, but for the likes of O2? I shouldn't need to wait 30 minutes in-store to find out about these inflated prices either. Really bad customer service.
