“Omg I came here today after a trauma with nhs for my son and his very obvious eye infection. I’d been to another pharmacy who behaved like the eye drop police and couldn’t have been less helpful and I was about ready to cry. I asked a lady for advice who was lovely she brought in the pharmacist who got up and came to speak to me straight away. They were helpful, informative and completely understanding. I was in and out in minutes and I had a treatment and advice. I should have just come here first. Outstanding experience ⭐️”

“A young chap served me in the pharmacy section during a very busy Friday afternoon. Was there for a yellow fever certificate replacement. Few previous employees had said it was not possible but this lad really took time out of his day to help me and got me a replacement cert. Saved me £55. It’s nice to see there are still people out there who take pride in their work. Great work, will continue to use boots services. Didn’t catch his name but he’s off to Peru next year. Give this man a wage rise.”

“Friendliness depends on who answers the phone or services you at the desk. Most of the pharmacists are lovely. There was a very irritated impatient man who served me over the phone then in store (Don't know if he was a pharmacist or advisor). He really did not want to help and rushed me off the phone. Didnt even look at me when he served me in store after rushing me to hurry up. The last pharmacist I spoke to had so much time for me and was very kind and respectful.”

“Last week i popped in to buy some over counter painkillers and asked about flu jabs, i was told ithey had got some in and i could have one if i wanted to wait a few minutes. Very nice man who gave me the jab, which i must say was very quick and pain free. The NHS is under immense pressure and this affects chemists especially regarding availability of medication. I've found the staff here to be friendly and hardworking. I've witnessed members of the public who moan and complained when meds are unavailable, or when doctors surgeries haven't sent prescription requests through. Times have changed from picking up prescription from doctors and waiting for chemists to put them up. They do thie best under difficult circumstances to get through and putting up and storing all prescriptions. . I applaud everyone working in in the NHS and pharmacies, Times have changed and they do a brilliant job under tough circumstances, they shouldn't have to put up with abusive customers. .Well done everyone.”

“Booked an ear wax removal and Peter & Carolyn were very professional and customer oriented. It was like talking with old friends, so helpful and provided extremely useful advice. Very willing to have follow up calls to discuss progress too. Tried oral decongestants to try and reduce fluid behind my eardrum and this helped in part. Now awaiting ENT appointment. Very highly recommended pharmacy and staff, thank you”
