I have been generous with my rating as I do like the app and appreciate its a difficult environment to work in.Each time I've visited, it just seems chaotic, no urgency with staff serving. Whilst standing in the queue I've overheard issues with prescriptions and I've experienced this myself.Maybe a review of the way it's being managed is needed to make improvements and better organisation. I wish you all the best and hope you get on top of things.

Last week i popped in to buy some over counter painkillers and asked about flu jabs, i was told ithey had got some in and i could have one if i wanted to wait a few minutes. Very nice man who gave me the jab, which i must say was very quick and pain free. The NHS is under immense pressure and this affects chemists especially regarding availability of medication. I've found the staff here to be friendly and hardworking. I've witnessed members of the public who moan and complained when meds are unavailable, or when doctors surgeries haven't sent prescription requests through. Times have changed from picking up prescription from doctors and waiting for chemists to put them up. They do thie best under difficult circumstances to get through and putting up and storing all prescriptions. . I applaud everyone working in in the NHS and pharmacies, Times have changed and they do a brilliant job under tough circumstances, they shouldn't have to put up with abusive customers. .Well done everyone.

This place always seems to be short of a Pharmacist, either they're running late (zero urgency for waiting customers upon arrival either) or the just don't have one on site, this is understandable on the odd occasion but it seems to happen more often than not unless I'm just unlucky. I, like many others have had to move to another pharmacy as I find this one far too unreliable.

Shockingly slow! I only come here if I can't get my prescription in Asda. I tried calling to see if they had been able to get my prescription (as Asda couldn't) but there was no answer. Waited 20+ minutes to be told they couldn't get it either.They could definitely do with another person to serve people.

Everytime I come in here recently, there's a que. When i started this treatment i suffered with pain from standing so long, caused by queing...im sure im not the only one, now im improving and back at work, i spent precious respite time on my lunch queuing for 30 mins, only 4 people in front of me. Patient care or service always seems to be the last thing on the pharmacys mind. Most of the time there's plenty of staff, but only 1 serving. Waiting for pharmacist to be available is quite often a reason for delays, why not have a dedicated time for prescription to be available and make it clear. Also more staff serving would cut ques for sick people, stop the awkward feeling for the dispensing staff, who can clearly see customers are getting fed up, and stop wasting peoples precious time. It's not the only pharmacy that is this bad at serving time. All staff are always pleasant though.

They did not have my prescription in stock so went back 4 times as requested by the staff before they actually had the item in stock. If it?s not in why ask me to return 3 times???? A lot of staff are in the pharmacy but only one seems to be serving hence always long queues .

Told meds would be available Wednesday called in lunch time told delivery late and pharmacist on lunch so not available to put up prescription advised to call back later or next day. Just called in 9am today told no pharmacist until 12 so they can?t give out medication. There is a need for a pharmacist on a permanent basis they shouldn?t have to keep relying on locums. Staff offered to give me my prescription as I am going on holiday today in order to go to another pharmacy but advised they might not have my meds in stock so basically I?m stuck with them for this prescription but will change pharmacy once I eventually get my meds.

Used to be a brilliant pharmacy been there over 20 years.However in recent months with different pharmacists each time you go in its become a joke.Order my meds a week in advance and to allow 5 working days (i do so i dont run out)To walk in to be told they are not ready and would have to wait 2 more days, i said no im sorry i run out tonight, they made it there and then.My concern is if someone went to the doctors needed same meds as me went to chemist and got them, then theres none for me (if id put script in like i said a week ago) id have no meds as could have ran out and would have to order in.Last time they didnt have my meds at all and had to wait 3 days leaving me short and again script went in.The few members of staff iv spoken to have been really helpful and understanding, but doesnft help when you rely on medication and its very frustrating when its not made up.Since yesterday we have now changed pharmacy, cant take the risk.

Customer service needs attention!!5 members of staff behind counter & only 1 serving with customers queuing to the door. This is a very busy pharmacy at times.

Picking up prescription 20 to 30 minutes wait in queue only one person serving got prescription then one box of tablets missing so phoned back 15 minutes on hold so went down again then queued for another 20 minutes this time still one person serving to het tablets, service needs to improve
